Inspiration Lab
An exploration for the collective on how we name and move through personal, familial, and collective grief and loss. Each session will have a program that incorporates ceremony, writing, movement, and bringing our voices into the space. We’ll experiment together and individually with grieving rituals that soothe the soul and honor our dead and departed.
Session 3:
Collective grief is how we hold each other in the collapse. Too many names, too many faces, too much violence to absorb leaves us all in the shock of loss. There is exquisite opportunity for deep communion when our grief joins others and refuses silencing.
