Sound Bath 4Artists: a healing and creative attunement space for Black Artists

In these sessions artists will be guided with gentle sound, music and vibration intended to balance and relax the nervous system. Through deep breathing, deep listening and release we will utilize this time together to bring greater calm to our inner, outer and collective environments. As we all experience the heightened energy of global shifts, this session will serve as an opportunity to shift out of our sympathetic nervous system's fight or flight response and into our parasympathetic relaxed state.
