We often think of boundaries as something we need to interrupt harmful behaviors or to protect our peace. While boundaries are super helpful for these scenarios, what if we could use our boundaries to create something beautiful?
In this session, we will explore ways to curate our lives in ways that create natural boundaries. We will talk about why boundaries can be difficult to set and maintain and walk away with some beautiful tools to build your garden of joy. Come through and create some beautiful structures for your joy to thrive within!
