The Spirit of Joy We begin by asking: What even is Joy?
Together, we’ll explore the life affirming, freedom giving benefits of joy, what joy feels like in our bodies and name the spaces where our best ideas find us. We’ll get real about the barriers, too: what steals our joy, and how we reclaim it — as Black artists, as dreamers, as vessels of something bigger.
By the end, you will have crafted your own Joy Plan, a living document of how you intend to nurture, protect, and expand your joy in your creative practice.
